Dreamforce Services Inc./Dreamforce Global LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions, including the Privacy Policy, at its sole discretion. Continued use of the Site or Materials after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes. If any changes are unacceptable to you, you must stop using the Site immediately.

The Site is intended for lawful use by individuals seeking employment and career information (“Candidates”). You agree to use the Site to send Content and receive Materials related to its intended purpose. Dreamforce Services Inc./Dreamforce Global LLC grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to access, use, and view the Site and its Materials solely for personal or internal company use. Dreamforce Services Inc./Dreamforce Global LLC will investigate potential violations and may cooperate with law enforcement authorities. Dreamforce Services Inc./Dreamforce Global LLC reserves the right to disclose Content as required by law or to edit or refuse to post Content.

4. Registration and Password 

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your registration information and password. You are liable for all uses of your registration, authorized or not. You must notify Dreamforce Services Inc./Dreamforce Global LLC immediately of any unauthorized use of your registration or password.

• Program Description: By opting into our SMS service, you will receive application status updates and current job opening updates e.g., appointment reminders, current job openings, updates regarding services, etc.
• Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting “STOP” to our short code. After you send the “STOP” message to us, we will send a confirmation message to confirm you have been unsubscribed. Once confirmed, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you wish to rejoin, simply sign up again and we will resume sending messages to you.

Dreamforce Services Inc./Dreamforce Global LLC provides the Site and Materials “AS IS” and makes no warranties regarding their accuracy, completeness, or uninterrupted operation. Dreamforce Services Inc./Dreamforce Global LLC disclaims all implied warranties, including those of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The Site may contain third-party information that is not guaranteed for accuracy.

10. Limitation of Liability

 Dreamforce Services Inc./Dreamforce Global LLC and any third party mentioned on the Site are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Site, Materials, or linked third-party websites. The aggregate liability of Dreamforce Services Inc./Dreamforce Global LLC is limited to $100 CDN.

11. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Dreamforce Services Inc./Dreamforce Global LLC and its affiliates from any claims arising from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms and Conditions.

12. Choice of Law

 The Site is controlled by Dreamforce Services Inc./Dreamforce Global LLC from its offices in Toronto, Ontario. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes must be resolved in Canadian courts, except for intellectual property matters which may be pursued through courts.

13. Arbitration

Disputes under these Terms and Conditions will be resolved by binding arbitration in Canada, conducted in English, and governed by Canadian law. Intellectual property disputes may be pursued in court.

14. General

(i) These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement regarding the Site; (ii) Any claim must be filed within one year; (iii) If a court finds any provision unenforceable, the rest of the Terms and Conditions remain in effect; (iv) The parties are independent contractors; (v) Waivers of breaches do not affect other breaches; (vi) Changes to these Terms and Conditions must be posted.
